Food Vouchers for Arizona Families (School Announcements)
Time: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Location: Tsehootsooi Medical Center

Tsehootsooi Medical Center will be handing out food vouchers to families with children 5 years of age or younger, living in Arizona and on the Navajo Reservation. Vouchers are worth $25 at Bashas grocery store.To qualify, need proof of physical address, NTUA bill or voter ID card, CIB or birth certificate. Vouchers will be distributed in the OEH Conference Rm Bldg, NW of the hospital.
