Inscription House Health Center team will provide:
NEW Booster for Omicron COVID–19
Pediatric Pfizer Bivalent booster for 5 to 11 years
Pfizer Bivalent booster for 12 years and older
Pediatric Moderna Bivalent booster for 6 to 11 years
Moderna Bivalent booster for 12 years and older
Patients can receive the new booster at least 2 months after their last booster or
completion of the primary series
FLU vaccines for patients 6 months and older
Pharmacy and regular clinic will be CLOSED for event
Important Information
You should not get a COVID–19 vaccine if you:
• Are allergic to any component in the COVID vaccine
• Have a pending COVID–19 test
• Have had a known COVID–19 exposure and are currently quarantined.
• Have symptoms of COVID–19, including: sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath, or
loss of taste or smell.
