Inscription House Health Center will be hosting an INDOOOR COVID-19 Booster and Flu VACCINATION Event.

Time 8:00AM – 6:00PM

NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY

The following will be provided, the NEW Booster for Omicron COVID-19

• Pediatric Pfizer Bivalent booster for 6 months to 11 years
• Pfizer Bivalent booster for 12 years and older

• Pediatric Moderna Bivalent booster for 6 months to 11 years
• Moderna Bivalent booster for 12 years and older

Patients can receive the new booster at least 2 months after their last booster or completion of the primary series

FLU vaccines for patients 6 months and older

Pharmacy and regular clinic will be CLOSED for event

Important Information you should not get a COVID-19 vaccine if you:

• Are allergic to any component in the COVID vaccine
• Have a pending COVID-19 test
• Have had a known COVID-19 exposure and are currently quarantined.
• Have symptoms of COVID-19, including: sore throat, body aches, cough, fever, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell.
