2022/2023 FLU vaccines available for 6 months & older
Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine BIVALENT formulations of the vaccines for use as a single booster dose are available at least two (2) months following primary or booster vaccination(s).
Pfizer SINGLE DOSE BIVALENT booster vaccines for 5 years and older –
Must be at least 2 months since they have completed primary vaccination or have received the most recent booster dose with any authorized or approved monovalent COVID-19 vaccine.
Moderna BIVALENT SINGLE DOSE BIVALENT booster for 12 years and older –
Must be at least 2 months since they have completed primary vaccination or have received the most recent booster dose with any authorized or approved monovalent COVID-19 vaccine.
Pediatric Pfizer vaccine available for 6 months and older
