Contact Chapter to Register (Limit 25), Less than 2-hour class covering food safety practices including:

•  Food Service Training Cards (Blue card)               *  Safe Food Storage
•  Common Food-borne Illness                                    *  Dish washing (wash/rinse/sanitize)
•   Handwashing and Personal Hygiene                     *  Stem thermometers and Chlorine Test Strips
•  Time and Temperature                                              *  Cleaning Supplies and Safety Data Sheets

Bring a notepad and pencils to take notes. If you would like permit (pink card) bring a money order of $ 5 or $10, depending on how long you would like your permit (6 months or 1 year)
