RESOLUTION SPONSORSHIP: When community members or agencies would like to set a point of view or action that they believe should be acted upon by the Chapter Membership or has information they would like to report/present to the community a Public Request Form must be completed and submitted to the Aneth Chapter Administration Office prior to the scheduled Planning Committee Meeting. Draft resolutions by the sponsor need to be attached to Public Request Form when requesting for a supporting resolution. The Public Request Form and draft resolution will assist the Aneth chapter in preparing a resolution. Public Request Forms are available at the Administration Office and/or online at aneth@navajochapters.org.
