Fort Defiance, AZ – The Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc (FDIHB) “Test to Treat” Clinic services are CANCELED for Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Services will resume regular scheduling on Thursday, June 30, 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The COVID “Test to Treat” Clinic is facilitated by the FDIHB Mobile Health Program and is located in the southwest parking lot of Tsehootsooi Medical Center (South of Emergency parking).
“Test to Treat” services are available Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
