Hours: Monday through Friday: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
Closed for 30 minute lunch and administrative break around noon
Open until 6 pm on Wednesday, November 2nd
*Note: ending time is when last patients will be accepted for the day

Important Information
You should not get a COVID-19 vaccine if you:
• Have had a known COVID-19 exposure and are currently quarantined •
• Have symptoms of COVID-19, including a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell •
• Have a pending COVID-19 test •
