CLOSED – The last two working day of each month for inventory/reports.

This schedule is subject to change due to bad weather or other emergencies that may arise unexpectedly

To apply for assistance bring the following: 

1. Income verlfication for all household members ck stubs Soc. Sec. Statement, etc) 
2. Termination of Participation Form from SNAP PROGRAM (Food Stamp). 
3. C.I.B and Social card for each family member. 
4. Child Care receipts (If both patents are working) 
5. Statement Documents for Child Support, Dépendent Care Cost Medical Expense Rent/Shelter Expense, Utility Expense.
